Conclusion
Quite obviously, the sick person in this whole mess is not Bridget, nor is it her friend Joy. Rather, it is the principal of the school, Mr. Woods. He was a dangerous man and I made immediate plans to report him to the proper authorities. If he was carrying out this torture over these two young girls, I was sure that there must be other victims of his psychopathic behavior.
As for my patient, Bridget. While it is true that the young girl is not sick or perverted herself, I realized that the ordeal which she has been undergoing for the last several weeks could, if not properly dealt with, result in permanent emotional scars, especially in her views toward men and sex. I recommended that she continue to see me, perhaps once every two weeks, to undergo therapy which would enable her to fully recover from this frightening experience.
She was a bright girl, with a good, stable home life. In a few months, she would be well on the way to leading a normal, healthy life.
