WOMEN DOCTORS AND THEIR SODOMITE BOYS
In a preceding chapter, we touched upon the matter of a registered nurse who takes advantage of boys with sexual frustrations. In this chapter, we shall deal with the hush-hush and taboo subject of women doctors and their boy patients.
The medical profession, usually above reproach and generally regarded as ethical, is especially vulnerable when it comes to sexual indiscretion.
A doctor, male or female, has an advanced knowledge of sexual physiology. The doctor is aware of a boy's sensual tensions and he will often take advantage of them for his own warped desires.
Women doctors have their sexual hangups, too. There was one situation that calls for attention. It involves Jeannette R., M.D.
THE WOMAN DOCTOR. Her friends call her Jean.
She is 41, married, a mother of two girls. Her husband is in his 50's and a surgeon at a leading hospital. Because of their conflict in careers, they are denied a normal and stable relationship. She finds herself stimulated by examining and treating male patients. In particular, she has a craving for the young males.
THE PATIENTS: They come from a large factory town. Here, the union makes arrangements for their members to have regular examination. Ordinarily, they would select a male physician but Jean R., M.D. works at a very low rate and the budget-conscious union will be glad to utilize her services. The patients are often new arrivals at the factory and they are most often school dropouts. They are lusty, virile and crude.
The woman doctor, Jean, likes the rough boys.
CASE STUDY: His name is Josef B. He is 16 and the sole support of his impoverished mother and two younger brothers. He lives in this factory town that has been designated a poverty area. He has had a few sexual affairs with shabby girls but he is still somewhat inexperienced and vulnerable to warped methods of expression. His father comes from the Baltic region; he is often drunk and disappears for weeks at a time.
"Do you always become so excited?" The doctor put away her stethoscope and felt the heat rising. This boy was tall, rangy, with the rugged look of the factory upon his body. He was stark naked. Every muscle was etched on his frame. She made light of it as she playfully grabbed his staff. "Mmmm, you sure do get excited very fast, Josef."
The foreign looking boy laughed nervously as he shuffled in his naked feet. His tight buttocks were clenched; his solid legs and thighs as well as his forearms were covered with a dark down. This only emphasized his post-pubertal youth and made him look somewhat sexually precocious.
"I get hot quick, Doctor Jean." He reached out and it was apparent that he had been initiated into the rites of sex by others. "You want to cool me off? If you do, I'll tell my union boss that I want an examination all the time, that I feel sick."
Doctor Jean laughed at this deceptive. "Well, I'll help you." She worked upon the buttons of her gown. Then she fumbled with her dress. "Suppose you undress me, Josef. I like it when a man undresses me." She emphasized the use of the word "man" to inflate this already inflated boy.
"I'll undress and then just take you ... I'll eat you up. I need a woman." He spoke with the halting imperfection that was common in these immigrant families where a foreign language was prevalent. "Want to make me feel good?"
"You do it to me and I'll do it to you." Doctor Jean was not an especially sexually attractive woman but she, like others who seduce young lads, have discovered the secret of conquest: the very young or inexperienced can become like supersexed studs by the mere contact with a woman. ANY WOMAN!
If an older woman covets youth, if she has doubts about her ability to attract and arouse and seduce a male, she finds reassurance in the forcible conquest of seemingly callow youth. With an adult male, she may be rebuffed, rediculed or even humiliated. So she seeks safety with innocent youth.
Josef's trembling hands cupped her sagging breasts. His eyes were glazed with desire. Each breath sent a wave of muscular power through his wiry frame. His muscles rippled with sexual significance.
"You're nice," he said in life boyish appreciation. His fingers twisted her nipples because the others at the factory said it was the thing to do. "Want to play with me?" Innocently and still shyly, he pushed himself against her. When his thick power was wedged in the resistant grotto, the woman doctor felt the familiar reactions of sensual pleasure.
"That's the way, Josef."
They made their way to a couch. Here, the two naked debauchers revelled and used all sorts of means to stimulate one another.
"Now, take me now! Make me feel like a woman!"
With that, Doctor Jean spread her paunchy body on the couch and raised up her legs, "Go on-hurt me!"
Josef was so en-framed, it was a miracle he could even control himself to the point of absolute intromission.
He sputtered and shivered as he began the series of rhythmic insertions.
He immersed himself in the fleshly warmth of the woman doctor. "This is good," he screwed up his handsome face as he began the onslaught. "Oooo," he then lapsed into his parents' native language and it was apparent he used lewd terms to describe what he felt.
Doctor Jean was in seventh heaven. She thrilled to the supreme power of the boy; she ran her palms all over the broad sweep of his back, then down his indented spinal column. She cupped his tight buttocks, fondled the backs of his swinging scrotum.
"That's it, boy, keep it up." She loved every delicious moment. To be seduced and made the object of pleasure by a virile boy (who could easily have had just about any girl in town) made Doctor Jean feel head and shoulders above all others. "Ohhhhh, you get me so ... so...."

There were several warning spasms and suddenly, the boy jolted. In the bright light (the doctor liked to perform these seductions so she could see every thing that transpired; it added and whetted her lascivious lusts to be able to watch the somewhat intimate facial motions.
(AUTHOR'S NOTE: In this situation, the older woman's sexual ego is further bolstered by visual proof of being made the object of absolute attention.)
They both reached the supreme heights at about the simultaneous climax. It was a pleasurable sensation for the two of them. The older woman had been satiated and convinced that she was still sexually appealing. The young boy felt he had "proved" himself by seducing this older woman.
SEXUAL MEDICS. Just why should women doctors be in a vantage position for seduction of the young male? Because they have valid reasons for examining, fondling or otherwise contacting the sexual parts of the male. While many women doctors will be impassive or clinically cold about their patients, there are many who are, after all, females. They will experience some arousal at the spectacle of a nude and virile male.
This is more pronounced when the woman doctor and the young male have sexual problems that preclude a normal balance in life.
Whether she is a doctor or just a barmaid, the woman is a woman! She is vulnerable to temptation and she possesses desires just as any women. This is something most people either disregard or prefer not to believe. But the woman doctor has her own sexual longings and (like a male doctor) if temptation is put before her, she will be unable to resist, in most situations.
The following situation bears out the temptations facing the woman doctor:
CASE STUDY: Doctor Elsa is a female gynecologist (specialist in female problems) and also is one of the very few female urologists (specialist in male disorders). Because of her extra-familiarity with the sexual parts, there is a modicum of truth in her flat statement, "I can't find pleasure in the 'ordinary' way. I've been exposed to and surrounded by so much 'ordinary' physiology, it no longer holds any excitement for me. I have a great desire for the backward way. (She refers to being sodomized.) And I've also discovered that there are many boys who become stimulated when they are sodomized."
Doctor Elsa then elaborates:
"I don't mean a homosexual arrangement; that is, there are homosexuals who are aroused be being sodomized (anal penetration) but I'm referring to another means of penetration.
"There was this cute little 14 year lad. He was so fresh and innocent that in another era or another part of the world, he might have been castrated and made a eunuch!"
NOTE: Here we see a hint of Doctor Elsa's problem-penis envy. Apparently, as a woman doctor, she has not the stature of a male doctor and she feels that Nature cheated her. As we shall see, she has a strong penis envy that makes her warped and depraved, even though she is a woman physician.)
"The lad was troubled with Vet dreams' or those nocturnal emissions. His parents were backward and thought there was something wrong so they sent him to me for an examination. The minute he pulled down his pants, he was so stiff it was unbelievable."
She went on to say how she touched the boy (he was called Larry) and he quivered, "Please ... I ... I...." He was typical of others of this innocent age group and was a victim of premature ejaculation. It did not necessarily require actual contact. For some super-sensitive boys, just thinking of sex was enough to cause a seminal eruption.
"That was how we became more intimate. I told Larry that to learn self-control, he had to do what the knowledgeable Arabs would do. They would use dildoes and godemiches (artificially-shaped sex organs) on their slave boys to help control them. In other words, I used that as an excuse to sodomize the boy."
Doctor Elsa displays more symptoms of being penis-envy by attempting to sodomize an innocent boy who is duped into believing this is another form of "normal" sexual maturity.
"Will it hurt?" The very slender boy quivered as he turned "bottoms up" and then felt the way the doctor, with the hideous godemich or penis-symbol (it was an object she picked up during a trip to North Africa to attend a medical convention), straddled the boy. "Ooooo...."
"It will make you feel lice a real man!" Now, the perverted doctor lost sense as she began to pseudo-sodomize the boy. Now she felt that she was equal or even superior to the male because she could effect coitus. She worked assiduously, oblivious to the muffled yelps of the boy being "raped."
Later, she admitted, 'It gave me a thrill to feel his whimpering body and the way those small buttocks-so free and smooth-were tightening when I raped him. I felt like a real big man."
Again, we see the feeling of penis envy and the desire to debauch a young male as a means of fulfilling one's own sense of inadequacy.
"It's an odd thing," she recalls, "but when I raped that little kid, Larry, he got so excited that he had an erection and I think he ejaculated."
This set a bizarre pattern.
"I became Larry's lover, so to speak," she speaks in somewhat crude terms. "I would sodomize him with my dildo, and he would become excited and then either reach an orgasm, or else he would beg and plead with me to manipulate him to a climax. I would do that, too, but only after he begged me for a long time."
She relished this feeling of power and knowing that she possesses the source of relief and gratification over men.
"I don't think I let little Larry fool with me in the usual way. I wouldn't want him to think of me as some cheap tart. But I conditioned him to sodomy to the point where it obviated the so-called normal means of sex and men he wanted that and nothing else."
Much, later, as Larry matured, he became impotent. Here we see that sodomy had created "mental castration" because his anus had displaced and overpowered his penis as the source of physical and emotional sexual pleasure. For two years, Larry had been sodomized and masturbated until he felt he no longer cared for this latter method of relief.
Larry says, "I just like being 'womanized' or made to feel like a woman the way Doctor Elsa did. It makes it so easy for me. I don't have to do anything, but just lie back and let her do it." Here we see that the boy's normal sexual aggressiveness has become subjugated and destroyed and he has become passive to the point where he cannot become stimulated by normal means. "I can't get any girls to do it to me," he said in a few years when he matured, "so I have a few queers."
Larry may have been transformed into a passive homosexual because it is apparent that this is the only way he can become sodomized. He does not otherwise participate in the sex act whether with a homosexual or with the doctor.
Here we see that a young boy who is taken advantage of, sexually speaking, at an impressionable age, can become totally twisted and sexually abnormalized.
Doctor Elsa is not a compulsive "sodomist" but she is not a normal sexual being, either. She prefers the unusual and the different because of her gross familiarity with what is considered normal and customary.
"I prefer young boys because I can dictate terms of sex to them."
Again, we see a reason for this youth-fetish. The young boy is so innocent (not often, as we shall see in succeeding case histories of this volume) that he is vulnerable to whatever unusual or abnormal sex is required. Just a bit of smart talk will convince him that it's the "in" thing to do.
Sometimes, an older woman will delude a hesitant boy by saying, "All the guys in your crowd (perform cunnilingus) and you ought to do it, too."
This argument is often used by the boys, themselves, when they want something. To say "the other guys do it" is sufficient reason unto itself.
Often, a woman doctor will give a sponge bath and this again brings her into intimate contact with the boy. Then there are as many boys who want to prove themselves and will take the first woman they see-a woman doctor is just another woman to them. Some will become aggressive. A woman doctor may be a doctor-but as we stated on several occasions, she is a woman, after all!
As another woman doctor said, "I love young bodies of virile boys. I love to play with their sexual parts and then (either oral or coitus). It makes me feel like a woman again."
If any blame is to be cast, it may be upon both parties. But then, both often enter into it willingly and must share equal blame.
Putting a virile and pent up boy in the examining hands of a lusty woman doctor is lice adding fat to the fire. The ignited sparks may scorch with the punishing effect of a whiplash!
