That is a statement of fact. Some people try to fight off these feelings, but they cannot deny the truth of it.
These days with women being more open about their sex lives and their fantasies they are also matching men on the subject of voyeurism. They enjoy looking at naked men and naked women and naked men and women together. No one has ever doubted that many women, (mostly the attractive ones) are exhibitionists. They love to be looked at and find excuses to allow men to see them scantily clad or naked.
Often these passions can be harmless and bring pleasure to many, as in the case of the picture books and magazines that show nudity. It is unfortunate when such a potentially pleasant pastime like voyeurism and exhibitionism must be turned into a farce by the thwarted passions of people whose sexuality is not clearly defined and people who do not understand all of the joys of sexuality.
