Foreword

In big business, one major problem is how to increase sales. Sex has been discovered to be an appeal to a basic human instinct that can pay rich dividends. When billboards advertise, such a vital product as milk, a pitch is often made to the sex-sell syndrome, and a nearly naked girl is shown holding a glass of milk.

That such products as fertilizer could be made to sell with sex, was taken care of by hiring a girl with a sexy way of speaking, massaging the message presented for the sales pitch in the most sensual manner.

But, the mass media is not alone involved with such sales pitches, it has often been used at conventions where salesmen are plied with all the food, all the drinks, and all the sex they can handle.

In our story about the blackmailed executive, Charlie Nolan, we are dealing with an old liner in a family business of selling lingerie. A young man is taken in to give a push to sagging sales, and near bankruptcy situation, by the name of Dale Dorman. Dorman introduces the concept of color coordination to the panties and bra line, but insists upon hiring the most ravishing models available to display them at a very private sales meet in an expensive hotel suite where the men can live out their sexual fantasies.

The plan succeeds beyond the president, Charlie Nolan's wildest expectations. And there is but one thing for him to do-that is expand. Ashe contemplates building a new home, plant expansion, he fails to think of Dale Dorman. But, Dorman has thought about all that in advance and taken photos of the boss in compromising sex positions. Flashing them before his boss, he makes his demands.

Nolan screams, "foul-this is blackmail!" However, Dorman smiles, and tells him what he wants out of the take, and gets it-but not before some rather surprising twists along the old blackmail trail.
