Bestiality should be no surprise in a Nazi concentration camp. The Germans reduced humanity to a shell in the camps, and then lowered humanity to something less than animal. Everyone was touched by it-the prisoners, the guards, the Jews, the German people themselves. Such acts are an infection that grows and spreads.
When men and women become less than animals, used and abused sexually at the merest whim, then the users and abusers become less than animals too.
Books such as this are a reflection of man's own hell on earth. They kindle, or should kindle the fear of eternal damnation, if not later, now!
