Chapter 7

"Well," said Gwen a moment later, "I guess I sure got what I wanted!"

"Quite the depraved female, you are!" said Lee jokingly, a gleam in his dark eyes. The big negro lay back on the floor now, in a relaxed position, with his arms cradling his head.

"Hey, let's turn the music up." suggested Vernon.

"Sure."

"Good idea."

Since nobody made a move to get up from the floor. Vernon did so himself. His now-limp cock swung loosely between his legs, as he crossed to put on a different record. Lee got up lazily and walked into the bathroom to wash the shit off his cock. That done, he came back, his own huge limp prick swinging around his knees, or so it seemed.

"Hey. what time is it?" queried Emile.

Someone looked at a clock.

"Almost six," said Susan with surprise. "It'll be dawn soon, then we can go out and get some breakfast."

"Six! Wow, I feel great-not tired at all!" Josephine was sitting beside Lee, her knees drawn up to her chin, exposing the furry black mound of her treasure to the group's casual eyes.

"Yeah, I feel great too," agreed Vernon, as he returned to sit down. "When you stand up, the room moves around and changes colorreally groovy!"

With a confused series of giggles, the whole group stood up to experience the pleasing sensation.

"Wow!"

"Groovy!"

"Hey, this stuff is really great, man! We should take it all the time!"

"God!" said Gwen, "look at the bookcase."

They watched in silent wonderment as the bookcase swivelled slowly round from end to end ... all the volumes in it glowed with a radiance they'd never had before.

"Wow, this is fun!" said Susan in an awed voice.

"That's what it's all about, man," Emile assured her, "Fun!"

"Right on!" said Lee, holding up his hand in a peace signal.

"Hey, man!" said Gwen suddenly, "I'm starved! Let's go down to Hungry Joe's."

"Good idea!"

"Yeah ... let's go!"

"I suppose we'll have to get dressed ... " asked Josephine in mock dismay.

"Yeah, too bad-but they have a rigid dress code at Hungry Joes."

A series of giggles accompanied the donning of clothes. In a few minutes the whole troupe was ready to go. They stumbled out of the apartment and down the stairs, amid con-fusion and laughter.

In a few minutes they were seated around a long table at Hungry Joe's consuming hamburgers and milk grudgingly served by a surly waiter.

"Not bad grunts," said Emile, "though I don't much go for the staff here," he added in a whisper. A fat chef behind the counter was eyeing them all with disapproval.

"He probably thinks it's immoral to eat hamburgers for breakfast," whispered Gwen.

"It is too," Susan said grinning. "My mother told me so!"

They lingered, talking and eating for a while longer, and then the group split up.

"Ugh, the thought of a biology class makes me sick!" grunted Josephine in disgust.

"Umm," sympathized Gwen, "but it's a lot worse to have to go to work!"

"At least you'll be through at five," said Emile. "Not me!" Emile was a medical student, and his work was arduous and long.

"Well," said Vernon gloating, "I don't have any classes until this afternoon!"

He was booed down vigorously, and then the final goodbyes were said.

"Hey, drop by my place tonight, if you feel up to it," said Susan, just before they parted.

"Okay, sure."

"Maybe."

"See ya then, maybe."

With last waves, the group of carefree young people split up.
