Foreword
The difference between the working class and the cerebral types when it comes to sex is not as much ... and also more ... than one might expect. Cause and effect play on both individuals, only in different ways.
As one might expect, the hardhat is physical. He has confidence in his physical capacity and exerts his strength. He shies away from mentally tricky confrontations--not because he is stupid, but because he is uncomfortable with them. Daily he exercises his physical strength, not his mental ability, and it is habit which dominates a man's life--not intellect.
The lawyer is the opposite. It is the physical that he is awed by. Too few chances come his way to test himself physically and so there is always doubt about his strength compared to that of other men. So too, virility is measured and affected.
But in either case, a man may be led or pushed by taking advantage of his strength or weakness. And the buttons in both cases--while possibly diametrically opposed--work the same way.
Life is conflict. Set is a battle in which men and women strive for the most personal of satisfactions. Perhaps if they understood the battle better, the battleground wouldn't be littered with so many wounded.
