Chapter 6
Without realizing it, Zip had timed things much better than he had dreamed possible. It was August, and that meant holidays, vacations and the like.
His parents, and the Scotts as well, took their vacations in August. Helen had gone for two weeks without seeing Zip. Her husband hadn't attacked her again, but her body was clamoring for the kind of attention that, so far, only Zip had given her. She was aching to feel a good orgasm. In the late afternoons, when she returned from her job as hostess at the restaurant, she had taken to masturbating and as a result, had given herself string after string of minor climaxes, none of which had approached what Zip had given her.
Zip had taken a summer newspaper route, which, for the next two weeks he would hand over to a friend of his. As a result of his having worked his route, he had managed to stay away from Helen Scott, though his body had clamored for her. Still, he had restrained himself, knowing when the time came, she would either be more eager than ever, or she would have lost all interest in him.
Helen had worked at the restaurant where she played hostess during those two weeks, not missing a day. She had suddenly lost interest in that daily fifth of scotch, and as a result, her skin began taking on a new sheen and her eyes no longer had that sunken look. The redness was disappearing from her nose and cheeks, and there was no longer that hard brilliance in her eyes. But in all that time, she wondered why had Zip not shown up. He was, after all, a bright boy. He had seen how easy a victim she was to his charms, young though he had been, and his very youth should have given him more confidence. But apparently there was a shyness to him on which she hadn't counted. However, things were due for a big change.
It was the second week in August, early Sunday afternoon, and the Cerrone Fairmont sedan and the Scott custom Cadillac Station Wagon-Andy was definitely a whiz at customizing any car so that he had one of the only Cadillac station wagons in the world-were both packed, and the two families set out, as they always did at this time of the year, for their rented cabin in the mountains.
Ten years earlier, Joe Cerrone, Zip's father, had found this isolated cabin while on a construction job some ten miles away. There had been a sign out front, advertising the fact that the cabin was for rent, but because the cabin was so far off the beaten path, no one had bothered coming to it. Joe had checked with the real estate agency, had discovered that since no one ever really used the cabin it was for rent very cheap, and mentioned it to Andy Scott. The two of them had agreed to rent the cabin for two weeks every summer. However, the real estate agent had told them the owner would only rent the cabin for either three months, or not at all. Either they took it for July, August, and September, or he wouldn't rent it. However, he was asking less for those three months than many places would have asked for only two weeks, and as a result, over the years, whenever Joe Cerrone had a little something going on the side, he would always bring the girl up to this cabin in July, and he would tell Andy that the garage man had the right to use the cabin by himself all during late August and all of September. However, Andy had never had occasion to use the cabin.
Helen, on the other hand, realizing it was only an hour's drive from home, thought it was a perfect rendezvous spot. Now all she had to do was convince Zip, unaware the boy was wondering how to make her agreeable.
