Foreword

Now that the sexual revolution has given more and more people access to sexual satisfaction, many individuals are finding that the degree of freedom they have to indulge their needs does not necessarily correspond to the power of those needs.

The problem, simply stated, is that an increasing number of men and women now have the freedom to try anything, to do anything, in the way of sexual exploration and satisfaction, yet, their needs are so great and so insatiable that they are still not satisfied. It is as though sexual satisfaction is a goal they are forever pursuing, yet it is a goal that forever eludes them.

Some have come to the horrifying conclusion that sex is not enough, no matter how much they have, or what particular type it is, they still cannot be satisfied.

This lack of satisfaction, even within the context of the freedom that is now given us to seek satisfaction, bespeaks eloquently of a poverty of the spirit now besetting our civilization. This poverty of spirit, of emotion, is the first step towards total sexual dissolution.

The following account traces the steps of one such individual, who finds himself free to do, to try, to explore, yet finds his desires becoming more and more insatiable with each effort, and the myth of sexual satisfaction more elusive with each new conquest.
