Introduction
The saying goes that there is a reason for everything that happens in the lives of men. If this is the case, then the desire for pre-teen children by older men and women has a place in our world although at times the reason for such desire is difficult to discover. In regard to the man or woman who lusts after the barely formed bodies of children, it can be said they are definitely sick. But just how sick? That is very difficult to answer even by our trained psychiatrist.
By violation of children—sexually immature individuals—it must be understood that this includes all the possible acts of a sexual nature that can be committed with a person under the legal age of consent, acts that are not comprehended in terms of rape. While force is often used by the pedophile, the term violation, or carnal abuse, is most often used in charging a pedophile, these terms comprehending that which is worse than sheer rape ... acts which signify the most horrible of perversions, possibly only to a man—or woman who is a complete salve to lust and depravity, who is morally weak and, in every sense, a pervert and deviant of the worst order.
A common feature of violation of young children is that they are unmanly and in at least a third of the cases committed by young men who either lack the courage for contact with an adult woman, or have no faith whatsoever in their virility.
In addition to these moral outcasts and those afflicted with psychic-moral weakness, congenital or induced by mental aberration, there are also those cases in which the pedophile is drawn to children not because of degenerate morality or psychic-physical impotence, but because of a true psychosexual perversion—full blown erotic pedophilia. Such a person is a true pedophile.
The acts committed by pedophiles on children cover an enormous amount of psychosexual ground. Some of these tormented men and women are content with only fondling the genitals of the child, rubbing or pinching slightly between the thumb and forefinger, along with masturbation, the latter being particularly true of female pedophiles who seduce small boys. There are no statistics, but it is believed that practically all male pedophiles force, or attempt to force, their victims to fellatio. Older pedophiles seem to have a preference for cunnilingus, perhaps because older men and-women feel more insecure and, unconsciously, have greater longings for a mother-substitute. It has been said that cunnilingus is a direct substitute for Mother.
Most cases of pedophilia are in the heterosexual class ... an adult male either desiring a female child, or an adult female desiring a male child. A further classification is homosexual pedophilia, in which case we find the male or female pedophile desiring a child of the same sex.
Male homosexual pedophiles enjoy themselves with fellatio and anal intercourse, while female homosexual pedophiles utilize cunnilingus and tribadism. There are cases in which the latter have even resorted to an artificial phallus, a dildo made either of leather, rubber or plastic.
Pedophilia is often only one symptom of a disordered and diseased libido; on this basis it should not be surprising that many pedophiles indulge in numerous other perversions, the disorganization of their id forever seeking and trying new forms of sexual expression for gratification. There are cases of pedophiliacs being bisexual in their choice of adult sexual partners, while others indulge in orgasm—grownup sex, troilism and orgies. Many more are simply voyeurs. But very few are active masochists, for some reason.
It has been said for centuries that one picture is worth ten thousand words. There is much truth in this profound statement. There is also truth in the statement that the intimate confessions of pedophiles are worth countless textbooks and explanations regarding the cause and cure of pedophilia, which, since the beginning of time, has plagued the human race.
Confession is good for the soul, and confession is vital for an understanding of pedophilia.
