Foreword

Small, remote towns seemingly maintain a middle-class, stable outlook which in reality masks the turmoil existing behind drawn blinds.

There is alcoholism, promiscuous sex for the adult and teen-ager alike, and, for some, the breakup of marital relationships as a result of wife-swapping. The children observe their parents so called "mature" life-styles. The mark is made, and it lasts a long time.

Such are the conditions under which Julie Baker. embarks upon her career as a school teacher at Fort Arthur High School. Leading a normal, quiet, respectable life, she finds herself thrown into a period of exploration and experience -- and learns trough startling revelations how chance encounters and new associations can alter personalities.

SHAME ON TEACHER -- a novel and a lesson for those unaware of what is happening in a world that masks its evilness.
